How to make the most of this program:
Step 1 - Sign Up
Make sure you are signed up for the full MS Moves with Mandy program. Once signed up, you will receive emails with the exercise videos as soon as they are released, each month's accountability calendar and information to join the MS Moves Meet Ups.
Step 2 - Get Started With Your Exercise Routine
To get the most out of these workouts, plan to repeat each video 2-3 times a week. Use your accountability calendar to plan your exercises, track your progress and view the dates of video releases and monthly meet-ups.
Step 3 - Get Moving!
Complete your exercises to the best of your ability. Remember it's all about getting active, staying safe, and having fun.
Step 4 - Join the Meet Ups
At the end of every month, join your instructor Mandy to talk through any challenges, share tips, and go in-depth on the ways we are training your body to help you manage your MS.
This program can be used as your primary workout regimen or in addition to an existing workout routine you are already doing. While these classes, or any exercises, cannot guarantee positive change for your physical function, we will be here to help you get the most out of the program!
