Multiple sclerosis, along with the prolonged impacts of COVID-19, makes these mood changes even harder. So what can we do to prepare for this and care for ourselves? Also focus on how this impacts relationships and families.

Self-awareness can deliver clarity on our triggers and how we respond and is a building block of positive psychology, which can build happier, more purposeful lives.
